Day 01
Pre-Day Strategy
Before we dive in, you’ll fill out a short brand + website questionnaire so we can hit the ground running. Then we’ll hop on a coffee chat to go over your answers, talk through your goals, and brainstorm your creative direction together. This strategy sesh gets your brand cohesive, confident, and ready to launch.
Brand Development
Time to create your mini brand suite based off the coffee chat. With your creative direction, we’ll start developing your mini brand suite — fonts, colors, and overall aesthetic. This sets the tone for your website so everything stays cohesive from start to finish.
Website Build
After the approval of branding, we move into the website build. We start with your homepage to nail the layout, flow, and feel. Once that’s locked in, the rest of the site comes together seamlessly.
Feedback
You’ll give us your first round of notes — what’s clicking, what’s not, and what needs a little tweak. We’ll make updates before Day 2 so the final stretch runs smooth.
Day 02
Design + Build
We’ll design and build the rest of your site — About, Services, Contact, and one flex page (Portfolio, Blog, or Resources).
Everything gets created and connected in real time, so by the end of the day, it all flows together perfectly.
Review + Walkthrough
You check out the full site, drop in any final tweaks. Then we’ll record a short walkthrough video so you know exactly how to update things later on.
Wrap + Offboarding
Cheers! You have a live website that’s polished, cohesive, and ready to go for Monday (or whichever launch day you choose).
